Great food, nice staff, just hot!!! No air conditioning or fans; stifling heat is oppressive; it was about 10 degrees warmer than outside, due to lack of airflow. Several other customers were using the menus as fans to try to cool down.

First I want to apologize to the chef who prepared our dinner last night, I believe it was Sander but I'm going by memory. This chef is amazing to watch as he prepares the dinners. Top notch. His detail is very very good. We had the 4 course option which at the end was a lot of food and so delicious. Thanks to all the staff, great service, having a reservation I believe got us an incredible table overlooking the ocean. We missed eating here in January,and so glad we did last night. We will return. This restaurant is part of Buddy's Dive , and although we were not staying there, it looks impressive!! Thanks again. Doug and Lori. (Canada)

Atmosphere was beautiful. Table of 6, waited for the last entree a lot longer than the rest served. Not much flavor. Disappointed after the long wait. Beautiful and romantic setting, just wish the food was better.

I loved the ambience! Very modern with greenery as the decor. Try the weekly special! It’s more than enough food for one! The highlight of my meal was the truffle pasta. Don’t leave without trying! Shout out to Matthijs for the amazing service.

For me this is the best restaurant on the island the pasta carbonara truffle is a must try ... The atmosphere at this restaurant is also one of the best i have ever experienced ... I would recommend making a reservation early especially if you want to see the sunset while you're enjoying your dinner because tables fill up quickly

We had an amazing experience at Ingridients. The food, the service and the view were just perfect! Suzanne was great, very friendly, service minded and her recommendations were fantastic. We really enjoyed the ceviche, truffle pasta and the open lobster lasagne. Don’t go here if you are looking for big portions. This is a place to really enjoy your food 🙂

Ingredients is on the top of our list of favorite restaurants in Bonaire. The views are stunning and very romantic! Food and wines are amazing and carefully selected with each dish. The staff is exceptional and super friendly! Susan and het team will go above and beyond to deliver you an unforgettable dining experience on one of the most beautiful places on the island. Try to be there at sunset and you will nog regret it!The truffel pasta, which is prepared at your table in a parmesan cheese, the entrecôte with bone marrow and filet mignon are to die for! Also the monthly (or weekly) 4-course menu, are a pleasant variation on the menu! Would recommend this as well. Portions are huge and we always leave fully stuffed with almost no room for dessert (and we are big eaters).If you are looking for an unforgettable experience.. this is your place!Thanks Susan for always taking care of us! We can’t wait to be back!

We were here celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. This is a nice classy and romantic atmosphere. Waterfront view where you can watch the sunset and watch night divers learn how to dive. All the food and service was outstanding. The manager sent out a complimentary glass of champagne for my husband and I.

One of the best restaurants on Bonaire.If you want a cozy restaurant vibe without the walls of an actual building, this is just for you. With a beautiful sea view day and night and very friendly and personal staff, it’s our go to restaurant on the island.Best Eton Mess I’ve ever had! 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful dinner at a beautiful sunset location. Staff was very friendly. We both ordered catch of the day which was Tuna steak which was delicious (two large portions) with French fries and some vegetables. As dessert we had Eton mess and Chocolate Moelleux Cake both also very nice. With a bottle of mineral water and a South African bottle of Weltevreden white wine (Cabernet Sauvignon) we had to pay a little less than $115. We had a lovely dinner here.

We really enjoyed our time here! Expansive menu with so much to offer. Every dish was delicious. We started with Oysters, creamy and slightly briny. Our favorite starter was Ibérico Jambón Bellota Pata Negra, melts in your mouth! The Wild Tuna was a surprise! Perfect crisp texture and very fresh flavor. For an entree we shared the Sea Salt Crusted “Dorade”, a very mild fish that did not disappoint. To finish we enjoyed Mojito Cheese Cake, it was a delicious ending to a lovely evening.The staff was very friendly, prices fair, and atmosphere relaxing.

Breakfast here if you have a dive and stay package with Buddy. The food is great. European and American combo. Excellent breads and meats. Eggs cooked to order and omelets. And the staff is THE BEST. So friendly.

Friendly staff, reasonable food though slightly overpriced. The service was lacking, we waited a long time to order and to pay the bill. Able to accommodate a gluten allergy (celiac) except for dessert. Not as fancy a dining experience as the location and atmosphere would suggest.

Part of my hotel package with Buddy Dive was breakfast each morning at Ingridients. Each morning we would head on over for fresh fruit, coffee/juice, eggs, pastries, charcuterie meats and cheeses, etc. Getting to the restaurant right at 6:30 and everything was well stocked. Dining could be done indoors or on a covered patio overlooking the water.I was told by other friends that restocking was a bit hit and miss when they went around 8/9am.I particularly appreciated all the fresh pineapple.

Wow. The location and ambiance alone was enough for 5 stars. But the service and food solidified the rating. I had a truffle parmesan pasta that started in a parm wheel carved out with and brandy and fired started. Then truffles and pasta thrown in to finish. Plated table side. Delicious.

Food is ok but the wait for dinner was two hours; excessive even by island time standards. We complained to the manager who agreed to give us a 50% discount on the bill. Still waiting to see the adjustment on my card.

Gorgeous open air spot in the water. Be sure to have plenty of time...you are on island time after all and no one is in a hurry...so enjoy the pace.Spicy seafood pasta was tasty (it is spicy) but very good. The ceviche was nice and the burrata was a little under seasoned and a bit over dressed for my taste, but it is still burrata ?The snapper was fresh but a smidge over cooked with some lovely veggies on the side. We skipped dessert in favor of other island options.

Yesterday we had dinner at Ingrediënts Restaurant. What a lovely place! We had a table at the seaside. That was awesome! About the menu card: very good. So much options, even for vegetarians . The quality of the food: terrific. The only thing we were not that positive about is the service. Although we were there for just one hour, we had 3 different waiters serving us. One of them was kind and smiling, the other two seemed like they didn’t have fun in their job or so. Anyway, we enjoyed the (vegetarian) food and the wonderful location that we gave 4 stars anyway. We were lucky enough to get a seaside table on Valentines day during our recent vacation and found the experience awesome. Look at the sunset in the photos and you can appreciate the beauty. The food here was very good and I found my steak to be mouth watering and tender, It was aged in salt water. The shrimp we ordered was also very good, the meal was all together good and this is a must stop for a fine dining experience during your vacation. I found the prices very reasonable and the service top notch. Our waitress was the best, very friendly and right on keeping our drinks full. This is a must stop, we truly enjoyed ourselves.

We got the tuna 2.0, eel and scallop, sous vide red snapper, and pomegranate desert and each dish was very tasty. This restaurant separates itself from others on the island with its gastronomic take on cooking (sous vide, foams etc). He open kitchen allowed us to see the kitchen staff in action and there was a lot of time taken on playing and presentation. I was very impressed with the kitchen itself. From my table I could see a brick oven and a small big green egg. The waitress we had was extremely friendly and hospitable.

For us, the best thing we love about traveling, is discovering the unique food that every country has to offer. Inspired by many years of travel, in which we visited hundreds of restaurants all over the globe, we envisioned our very own “Ingridients” restaurant in Bonaire. And yes, this all began with the name of yours truly.

Our focus is to use locally produced fresh ingredients with dishes inherent to the Mediterranean cuisine, using the basic principles of French, Spanish and Italian cooking. Our chefs are constantly experimenting with new flavors and texture combinations by selecting only the freshest seasonal produce. We want Ingridients restaurant to be different, to be far from clichés and common places.
