We offer an exquisite six-course supper infused with Caribbean flavors from only the freshest local ingredients and fresh caught local fish.
One of the secret lies in the fact that our superstar Bonairian chef who is aboard, often catches his own fish, usually its mahi mahi, red snapper, wahoo or barracuda. He is been fishing since he was young and its his way of guaranteeing that the product is the freshest he could get. A real treat for the fish aficionados. The chef will prepare it for you combined with local, regional products and international bests. He is able to create such a magic in the galley, that you forget you are on a boat. You will only realise shortly after that you just ate in easily, one of the best restaurants on Bonaire.
